Hopable life fortune
The American hop Simcoe - combined with the two Hallertauer flavor hops pearl and opal - not only gives this brandy its name, but also the hopfendreiklang for the aroma of elderberry, apricot and mango. Simco 3 is a chestnut, hop-stuffed Indian pale ale, brewed in the 19th century in England for crown colonies.
A sweet seduction is usually not a quick matter. It can last 12 months and as long Dulcis 12 matures in its second fermentation. The double fermentation gives the Belgian variety its beautiful name "Dubbel". The trappist yeast comes from the Belgians, more precisely from their trappist bees. It meets real natural harmony and thus enhances this great brandy.
Noctus recalls the night and black as the night is also its color. 100 black hazelnuts see the Riegele brewers as they advance over the creamy foam to the liquid black secret. The taste of coffee and the aroma of bitter chocolate surround the nose. A real English Imperial Stout unfolds. Known as the court beer of the tsars, this beer style is almost forgotten today.
English port workers in 18th century London appreciated this beer style, which is named after the so-called porters, the load carriers. 6 malt and an original Irish ale yeast determine the Robustus 6. And just as 300 years ago, this special brewing is a great pleasure for all. Enjoy the creamy elegant Robustus 6 from a beautiful stem glass.
